If any changes need to be made to your appointment please notify or cancel at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges .Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No shows or last minute cancellation will be charged 100% of the service and will require a deposit to rebook. Being 15 minutes late to a service without any communication will count as a no show and you will be charged 100% of the service.
